Understanding OH&S

Did you know that you are required to prevent collisions of overhead cranes?  Did you know that bumpers are not an effective means to prevent collisions?  Most newer overhead cranes on the same runway have anti-collision kits installed, but are they really anti-collisions?  If your anti-collision cutouts the high speed, is it really anti-collision, or is it just colliding at slow speed?  Anti-collision means just that, anti-collision, therefore the overhead crane must not collide with another overhead crane under any circumstance.
